At Elovia, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of our products. Because sleep products are highly personal, we offer limited sleep guarantees on select products to give customers time to properly evaluate their purchase.

Our Sleep Guarantees are intended for genuine customers who have made a good-faith effort to use the product and determine whether it is suitable for their needs.

Final Sale Products

All other products sold on our website are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


How the Guarantee Works

We encourage customers to use their product for a reasonable adjustment period, as comfort preferences and sleep habits vary from person to person.

If you experience an issue with an eligible product during the applicable guarantee period, please contact our support team for assistance.

To properly evaluate your request, we may require:

  • Photos of the product

  • A short video demonstrating the issue

  • A description of your experience

  • Additional information reasonably requested by our support team

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.

All requests are reviewed individually and are subject to approval by Elovia.


Refund & Store Credit Policy

Elovia DeepSleep Mask™ (60-Night Guarantee)

Days 1–30 After Delivery

  • Approved claims may qualify for a refund to the original payment method, store credit, replacement product, or another resolution determined by Elovia.

Days 31–60 After Delivery

  • Approved claims may qualify for store credit, replacement product, or another resolution determined by Elovia.

Cash refunds are generally not available after the first 30 days following delivery.

Elovia GravityWrap™ & Elovia Ice Silk Mask™ (30-Night Guarantee)

Days 1–30 After Delivery

  • Approved claims may qualify for a refund to the original payment method, store credit, replacement product, or another resolution determined by Elovia.

After 30 days from delivery, these products are no longer eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit.


Returns & Return Shipping

Elovia reserves the right to require the return of any product before issuing a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

If a return is required:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by our support team.

  • Products must be returned before a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit is issued unless otherwise stated by Elovia.

  • Returned products may be inspected upon receipt to verify eligibility.

Failure to return a product when requested may result in denial of the claim.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Elovia is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If any item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To expedite the review process, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Once reviewed and verified, Elovia may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution at its discretion.


Branding & Packaging Updates

As part of our ongoing growth and brand development, Elovia periodically updates its branding, packaging, logos, and product presentation.

As a result, some customers may receive products featuring previous branding or logos while older inventory continues to be fulfilled.

These branding differences do not affect product quality, materials, functionality, authenticity, warranty coverage, or eligibility under our Sleep Guarantee. The product itself remains the same.


Limitations & Abuse Prevention

To ensure fairness for all customers:

  • The Sleep Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from Elovia.

  • The Sleep Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Limit one guarantee claim per product type, per household.

  • Claims involving excessive returns, repeat refund requests, reselling, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, intentional damage, misuse, or other conduct inconsistent with the purpose of the guarantee may be denied.

  • Elovia reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be reasonably verified.

  • Products returned in unsanitary condition or intentionally damaged condition may be ineligible for refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credit.


Non-Refundable Charges

Unless otherwise required by law, the following are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Shipping protection fees

  • Customs duties

  • Taxes

  • Return shipping costs


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback before allowing Elovia a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue may affect eligibility for refunds, replacements, exchanges, store credit, future warranty claims, or future purchases.


Our Right to Determine Eligibility

All returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, store credits, and guarantee claims are subject to review and approval.

Elovia reserves the right to determine eligibility for any claim and to choose the appropriate resolution, including but not limited to troubleshooting assistance, replacement products, store credit, partial refunds, full refunds, or denial of the claim where permitted by law.
